The Company is not a lender, bank, credit union, or financial institution. The Company does not issue loans, extend credit, or make lending decisions.
All funding approvals, credit decisions, funding amounts, interest rates, and financing terms are determined solely by third-party financial institutions and underwriting entities.
NO GUARANTEE OF FUNDING
The Company does not guarantee approval for funding, specific funding amounts, credit limits, credit score changes, or financial outcomes. Results vary based on borrower qualifications, financial documentation, industry classification, and lender underwriting standards.
ADVISORY SERVICES ONLY
All services provided are advisory in nature and are intended to assist businesses in improving capital readiness and lender positioning. Clients remain solely responsible for final funding decisions and execution of agreements with third-party institutions
PERFORMANCE-BASED ADVISORY FEE
In certain engagements, a performance-based advisory fee may apply upon successful funding disbursement as defined in the executed service agreement.
INDEPENDENT RELATIONSHIP
The Company operates as an independent advisory consultant and does not exclusively represent any lender unless expressly disclosed in writing.
